**These terms govern your use of patchoulioilsupplier.com and any request-for-quote (RFQ) enquiry you send us. In plain terms: every price and specification shown here is indicative, not a contract. A binding sale exists only once we issue a signed quotation and you confirm grade, PA%, documents, and MOQ in writing.**
By browsing this website, submitting the enquiry form, or contacting us by WhatsApp or email, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or send an enquiry. These terms were last updated in July 2026 and may change; the version published here at the time of your enquiry applies.
Who operates this website?
patchoulioilsupplier.com is published by Juara Holding Group — an Indonesian group operating from Bali across Indonesia since 2015 — and its enquiries are handled by the Bali Premium Trip desk. We source and broker Indonesian patchouli oil (minyak nilam, Pogostemon cablin) for perfumery and cosmetics buyers. We connect verified supply with qualified buyers; we are not the sole distiller of every grade we quote, and where we arrange material we do so through vetted producers and licensed export partners.
Are the prices and grades on this site a binding offer?
No. Everything published — PA% grades, the price band, MOQ ranges, documentation lists — is educational and indicative. It is not a contractual offer capable of acceptance.
Patchouli is an agricultural commodity. Its price moves with each harvest, with patchouli alcohol (PA) content, and with wider market conditions. Our canonical FOB band, indicative per 2026 and subject to change, is:
| Grade / PA content | Indicative FOB (per kg, 2026) |
|---|---|
| PA under 30% | USD 35-55 |
| PA 30-35% (commercial) | USD 45-90 |
| Premium: PA above 35%, iron-free, molecularly redistilled, or organic-certified | USD 100-200 |
A harvest-failure spike can push even 30-32% PA material toward roughly USD 100-130/kg. Treat these numbers as orientation only. A final, firm price exists solely in a written quotation that confirms your specific grade, PA%, required documents, and order quantity.
| Indicative (this website) | Binding (only when in writing) |
|---|---|
| Published price band | Signed quotation with unit price and validity date |
| Typical MOQ 100-1000 kg | Agreed order quantity and drum count |
| Grade families and PA ranges | The PA% stated on your batch COA / GC-MS |
| General documentation list | Documents named in the contract |
What do you guarantee about quality and specifications?
We describe grades honestly, but any specific figure — PA%, specific gravity, refractive index, optical rotation, acid value — is a verified claim only when it comes from an actual batch Certificate of Analysis (COA) or GC-MS report for the lot you are buying. General ranges on this site (for example, Indonesian oil typically running 28-34% PA) describe the category, not your drum.
On request we routinely supply COA (with PA%), GC-MS, TDS, SDS/MSDS, and Certificate of Origin; some lines also carry organic, Halal, Kosher, COSMOS or FSSC 22000 certification. Where a document is not in our possession for a given batch, we will tell you rather than reproduce a generic sheet. You are responsible for confirming, against these documents, that the material is fit for your intended use before you commit.
Do you guarantee customs clearance or import compliance?
No. We can prepare and provide standard export documentation and, where relevant, CAS 8014-09-3 and REACH-style paperwork commonly requested by EU buyers. We cannot guarantee that any shipment will clear customs in your country, or that it will meet every local regulatory, IFRA, allergen, or labelling requirement.
Import rules, duties, restricted-substance lists, and testing thresholds differ by destination and change over time. Verifying that Pogostemon cablin oil may be imported and used lawfully where you operate — and arranging any licence, registration, or pre-import testing — is your responsibility as the importer of record.
How do you handle my personal data?
When you submit an RFQ or message us, we collect only what we need to respond: your name, email, and enquiry details (destination, cargo, and message). We process this to prepare quotations and communicate with you about your enquiry.
We handle personal data in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 of 2022, UU PDP). We also recognise that many of our buyers sit in the EU and UK; for those visitors we apply GDPR-aware practices — lawful basis, data minimisation, and honouring access, correction, and deletion requests. We do not sell your data, and we share it only with the producers or logistics partners needed to fulfil your specific request. To exercise any data right, email sales@balipremiumtrip.com.
How do WhatsApp and email enquiries work?
Our primary contact routes are WhatsApp (+62 811-2859-0000) and email (sales@balipremiumtrip.com). Messages sent through these channels are also governed by these terms. WhatsApp is operated by a third party under its own privacy policy, which we do not control; please avoid sending sensitive personal or payment data over chat. We aim to respond to qualified enquiries within 24 working hours, though harvest season and time zones can affect this.
Who is liable if something goes wrong?
To the extent permitted by law, this website and its content are provided “as is,” without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from reliance on indicative information published here, from market price movements, or from decisions made before a written contract exists. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Once a written sale contract is in place, that contract — not this page — governs the rights, remedies, and liability between us.
Who owns the content on this site?
The text, tables, and educational material on patchoulioilsupplier.com belong to Juara Holding Group unless stated otherwise. You may read and reference it, but you may not republish it wholesale or present it as your own. Third-party grade codes and catalogue references are cited for education and remain the property of their respective owners.
